Our Sevice
All precision parts processing can be divided into standard parts processing and non-standard parts processing. Non-standard parts are usually more difficult to process, which is our most competitive advantage. With our excellent technical support and superior equipment, you can easily get feasible solutions to solve problems quickly.
Our services include CNC machining,sheet metal,steel mold ,injection molding,rapid tooling,silicone mold,3D printing,die castings,surface treatment.
1. Prototyping
Prototyping is to make one or more functional templates according to the product appearance drawing or structure drawing without opening a mold ,uses for checking the appearance or structure rationality. Depending on the equipment used, CNC handboards can be divided into laser rapid prototyping (SLA and machining center (CNC)) and 3D Printing (3D Printing). CNC(prototype): stable quality, high precision, high repeatability, machinable. The advantage of CNC(prototype manufacturing) is that it can very accurately reflect the information expressed in the drawing, and the surface quality of the product is high, especially after the finishing treatment of spray and screen printing, and even more brilliant than the product of open mold. Therefore, CNC milling has become the mainstream of the prototype manufacturing industry.
2. Sheet Metal
Sheet metal is the process of stamping some sheet metal by hand or mold to produce plastic deformation, forming the demanded shape and size, and then forming more complex parts by welding or a small amount of mechanical processing, usually, the most important steps are cutting, stamping/cutting, folding/winding, welding, surface treatment, etc. in sheet metal processing. With the application of sheet metal more and more widely, sheet metal design has become an important part of the product development process. Sheet metal has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, conductivity (can be used for electromagnetic shielding), low cost, good mass production performance, etc., for example, sheet metal is an essential part in computer cases, mobile phones, MP
3. Low-Volume Production
Due to the wide range of mass production, it is usually divided into "mass production", "medium batch production" and "small batch production". Small batch production refers to the production of a single product, basically a special product with a small batch demand. Single piece small batch production is a typical order-oriented production, its characteristics are similar to single piece production, and it is habitually called "single piece small batch production". Therefore, in a sense, "single small batch production" is more in line with the actual situation of the enterpriseue to the wide range of batch production, it is usually divided into "mass production" , "medium batch production" and "small batch production" . Small batch production refers to the production of a single product which is basically a special product with small batch demand. One-piece small batch production is a typical order-oriented production, its characteristics are similar to one-piece production, customarily called "one-piece small batch production" . Therefore, "one-piece small batch production" is more suitable for the actual situation of enterprises in a sense .
4.Rapid Tooling
Rapid tooling is a good way to simplify the mold structure , also save the cost and lead-time, it is applied to the field of rapid injection molding, based on the low-volume order requirement.
5. Silicone Molding
Make a master pattern, which can be made with any stable material, use it make a product shape in a silicone mold , and then leave a hollow cavity in the mold, which will be a precise consistency with the original shape. After the silicone mold is finished, we can create a physical replica.
6. Injection Molding
Injection molding is a process used in manufacturing that produce parts from plastic materials.
The material that is heated and melted, injected into the mold cavity of an injection molding machine, after being cooled and solidified, a plastic molded product is formed.
7. 3D Printing
3D Printing, a form of Rapid prototyping, is a digital model file based technique for building objects layer by layer using special waxes, powdered metals, or plastic that can be glued together. It is often used in mold making, industrial design and other fields to make models or direct manufacture of some products, such as jewelry, footwear, industrial design, architecture, engineering and construction, automobiles, etc. , aerospace, dental and medical industries, education, Civil Engineering, firearms, and other areas of application. 3d printing can easily achieve the personalized design and customization of products, greatly reducing the development time of products. This advantage gives us non-mechanical professional researchers, can also carry out related geometry, structure, materials and other aspects of research, greatly deepen and expand the manufacturing of the relevant research problems.
8.Die castings
Die casting is a kind of pressure casting parts
9.Finishing
Painting,drawing,electroplating,laser-engraving,etching,silk-screen printing,polishing,anodizing,passivative,blackening,hardending,etc.
The purpose of surface treatment is to meet the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, decoration or other special functional requirements of the product.
